Transporting my cats to Spain from the UK
I booked Pronto Pets to transport my 2 furry babies (cats) from the UK to Spain and I can honestly say they had a wonderful time. I was very worried about them travelling and being away from me and how it would impact them but James and Elaine made the transition so smooth and reassuring my cats arrived safely and with no personality disorders. Haha. They didn’t even miss me. James and Elaine are 2 wonderful people that make you feel completely at ease with their warm and friendly approach and love for animals. They come most highly recommended and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Dog travel to Spain
I used this service twice already and can’t recommend it high enough! We travelled to Marbella (Spain) and Coco arrived happy, relaxed and full of energy every time!
James and Elaine sent us photos and videos of their progress along the way, were always quick to respond to any quieres and to update on the progress.
Most importantly, you can see that both James and Elaine truly care about the animals wellbeing and try their best to provide a comfortable and safe journey for the ones under their care.

Excellent service: Madrid > Chesterfield
James, who is not just kind and caring but knowledgeable and trustworthy, kept us updated with Bruno’s travel with photos and progress updates throughout. We were nervous sending our first dog, 10 month old Pointer, Bruno on a trip all by himself but James made it easy. We were reassured and happy to see Bruno arrive without any trauma, anxiety or stress. He is happily at home in the UK now and I’m so grateful to James and Pronto Pets for making that possible.
